Price promise
Most of our codes are free, and the rest are priced as low as we can make them. If you still find the same code cheaper, we'll match it.
The promise
If you find the same radio code, for the same serial number, cheaper somewhere else, tell us. We'll refund the difference. That applies to the instant service and to bought-in codes, at the price shown on the page.
How to claim
Email [email protected] with your order number and a link to, or screenshot of, the lower price. It needs to be a live price for the same serial and the same delivery speed, not a sale that ended last year. We'll check it and refund the difference to your original payment method.
The small print
We can't match prices that turn out to be for a different radio, a different serial, or a code that isn't actually supplied. We also can't match sites that ask you to install software or complete surveys, because those aren't selling codes. Claims need to reach us within 14 days of your order. Listings on eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace or any other marketplace or auction site are not covered: those are third-party sellers, not radio code websites, and their prices are not something we match.
Why we do this
Because we'd rather you didn't have to shop around. Our prices are already at the floor. If somebody has gone lower, we want to know about it, and we'd rather you paid less than felt short-changed.
