Where the serial is
When the radio wants a code it says so and shows a 16-character ERC on the same screen, made of digits and the letters A to F. If the ERC isn't showing, press and hold the top-left corner of the screen for a few seconds, or press the Menu button and choose the software or system information page. Copy it exactly, zeros and the letter O look alike.

Is there a real Toyota ERC generator?
