Free Dacia Logan radio code
A Dacia Logan radio code is calculated from the four-character precode on the radio label, or looked up from the VIN if the radio is the original. We do that ourselves, so it's free if you can wait a day and instant if you can't.

The Logan and Logan MCV use Renault radios. Most have the Radio Connect or the older Tuner List unit, with the Media Nav on some trims. The label on the casing shows a precode of one letter and three digits, like K307, or a 2811 part number ending in the precode. The VIN works for a factory-fitted unit, and VIN lookups are instant.

Where the serial is
The easiest route is the VIN: 17 characters starting VF1, on the label in the driver's door pillar, on the plate at the bottom of the windscreen, or on the V5C. Type it and we look up the code for the radio the car left the factory with. If the radio has been changed, use the precode instead: pull the radio out and read the label on its casing, where the precode is the letter and three digits after the word SECURITY, or type the whole barcode number below it.
How to enter the code
- 1Turn the radio on; the display shows CODE or 0000.
- 2Press preset 1 until the first digit is right, then 2, 3 and 4 for the others.
- 3Press and hold preset 6 until the radio beeps or the display changes.
- 4On Media Nav, type the four digits on the screen keypad and press OK.
