Free Jeep Renegade radio code
Most Jeep Renegade radio codes are calculated from the T00 or A2C serial on the radio label, and FreeCarRadioCodes does that free with a 24-hour wait or straight away for $5. Serials starting T00AM or one of the QN families only exist in the manufacturer's database, so those are $13.99.
Jeep Renegade
The Renegade is built alongside the Fiat 500X and shares its Uconnect radios. The label on the casing shows a serial starting T00 or A2C, and most of those are worked out here on the spot. Some units carry a T00AM serial or one of the QN families, T16QN, T19QN, T22QN, T25QN, T30QN or T82QN, and those codes come from the manufacturer for $13.99. Type the serial and the box says which.

Where the serial is
Many Jeep radios show the serial on screen. Turn the radio on so it says CODE, then hold preset 1, or 1 and 6 together, for a few seconds. If nothing appears, the serial is on the label on the radio casing: 14 characters starting T, like T00BE318649027. Pull the trim bezel off and undo the screws either side to slide the radio out. The first five characters tell you which family the radio is, and that decides whether the code is free.
How to enter the code
- 1Turn the ignition on and press the radio power button. The screen shows CODE.
- 2Press the preset button that matches each digit, in order. On touchscreen units, tap the digits on the keypad and press Enter.
- 3The radio unlocks after the fourth digit. If it shows CODE again, the entry was wrong: check the digits and try once more.
- 4If it shows WAIT, the radio has locked after too many tries. Leave the ignition on and let the timer run, up to an hour, before you enter the code again.
Jeep Renegade · Questions people ask
Is a Renegade radio code free?
For most serials, yes. T00 and A2C serials are worked out here free in 24 hours or $5. T00AM and the QN families are bought in at $13.99.
The Renegade Uconnect screen asks for a code. Is that normal?
Yes, on the smaller Uconnect units it is. The larger touchscreens usually lock to the car instead. Read the serial off the label and the box tells you the route.
Does the Renegade share codes with the Fiat 500X?
Same units, but every radio has its own code from its own serial. Send the serial off your Renegade radio, not a 500X one.
