Nissan Juke radio code

A Nissan Juke radio code is not free anywhere: it only exists in Nissan's database, for the Nissan Connect unit and the Clarion one alike. FreeCarRadioCodes buys it in for $14.99 and emails it within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

On the label on the radio casing. For Nissan Connect send the DW or DS serial and the unit number printed beside it.

We check the serial on the spot. Nothing is sent until you choose free or now. Where do I find this?

Nissan Juke

Most Jukes have either a Clarion CD unit or the Nissan Connect LCN unit, and later ones Nissan Connect 2 or 3. The Clarion serial is on the label after PN or PP. Nissan Connect has a DW or DS serial and a unit number like 28185 next to it, and we need both. The label is on the casing, so the radio has to come out with release keys.

Where the serial is

Every Nissan radio has a label on its casing, so the unit has to come out of the dash. Nissan Connect units have a serial starting DW or DS, usually 15 to 17 characters, and a unit number next to it that looks like 28185 3HN4C. We need both, so type the serial in the first box and the unit number in the second. Older Clarion units carry the serial on the label after PN or PP, and some show a 7-digit serial on the screen while they're locked. Daewoo-made units have a BP serial on the label.

How to enter the code

  1. 1Turn the ignition on and switch the radio on. The screen shows CODE, or a keypad on Nissan Connect.
  2. 2Type the four digits with the on-screen keypad. On Clarion units press preset 1 to set the first digit, 2 for the second, and so on.
  3. 3Check the four digits, then press OK or ENTER. The radio comes on straight away if the code is right.
  4. 4If the screen says WAIT or LOCKED, leave the radio on with the ignition running for an hour, then try again.

Nissan Juke · Questions people ask

Is there a Juke radio code generator?

No. Nissan codes are not calculated from the serial, so nothing can generate one. The only source is Nissan's database, which is where ours come from at $14.99.

How do I enter the code on a Juke Nissan Connect?

Switch on, and the screen shows a keypad. Type the four digits and press OK. On a Clarion unit, set the digits with presets 1 to 4 and press ENTER.

Is the Juke code the same for a second-hand radio?

Yes. The code belongs to the radio, not the car, so a unit from a breaker is looked up from its own label in the same way.
